Position Responsibilities:
1. Primarily conduct live streaming on TikTok targeting the European market. Introduce brand stories and promote products through the official account to drive viewer purchases.
2. Engage with the audience during live streams, stimulate interaction, and maintain an energetic atmosphere in the live room.
3. Participate in planning, executing, and reviewing live streaming content, and collaborate with the team to optimize content quality.
Qualifications:
1. Preference will be given to local European influencers or individuals based in Europe, followed by native English speakers.
2. Strong learning ability and solid language organization skills, with clear articulation and the ability to present content vividly and engagingly.
3. Team-oriented with good adaptability and quick problem-solving skills in live situations.
4. Applicants with no prior experience but an interest in learning and developing within the social media/live streaming field are welcome. The company offers a comprehensive training program.
Business Development-- Germany（Part time）
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the brand's influencer marketing campaigns on TikTok for the European market. This includes, but is not limited to: facilitating collaborations with content creators, identifying and screening potential creators, managing product requests and shipments, and tracking subsequent video publications.
2. Research competitor influencer collaborations, proactively source and recruit suitable creators according to requirements, and drive collaboration agreements forward.
3. Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with partner creators to ensure smooth execution and successful implementation of promotional campaigns.
4. Assist with the on-site logistical execution of live-streaming events in Munich.
